Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Shipping

Time to create custom orders will vary. Orders will typically ship between 2 to 4 weeks after we receive your fabric, but some custom orders may take longer to create. We may be able to work with rush orders upon request. All orders will be mailed by USPS First Class Mail. When your order ships you will receive a notification with tracking information.

It is the buyer's responsibility to safely package chosen fabrics and choose a carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to correctly enter our shipping address and return address. At this time, April 1, 2023, we are unable to ship items internationally. Seller is not responsible for anything that buyer ships until confirmed receipt of shipment from seller.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Any remnants not used by the seller will be returned by request and additional shipping costs may apply.
• We reserve the right to decline creating for you or cancel an order at any time under any circumstances. 
• Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Disable user accounts.
• Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
